You are welcome for a session at my own space for yoga at Kastanjeplein in Amsterdam or we host the session online.

No previous experience with Yoga or meditation is required. The excersices are adjusted to your level of experience.

Can I practice yoga and meditation online?
Together with Marieke I run an Online Yoga School where we share yoga videos and livestreams. Online guided Sadhanas help to integrate your experiences and insights gained on the yoga mat. Do you organise yoga retreats and journeys?
Throughout the year Marieke & I organise several international Yoga Retreats & Journeys. An adventurous opportunity to combine your self discovery with traveling and meeting like minded people. How can I continue after the first session?
If you like to continue with the 1 on 1 counseling session after the first session, that’s possible! We simply plan another session.
How It Works
Schedule 1 to 1
We schedule and meet for a 1 to 1 session in which we connect and directly work with that which supports your transformation. We might work with a specific yoga excersice or meditation, but not necessarily.
Continuation
If you like to continue with counseling after the first session, you can simply book another session.
Keep in touch
In between and after the sessions you can always reach out for questions, share your experiences.
